Types of Applications:

  • Outline: A continuous embroidery stitch that creates an outline of a design.

  • Filled: Stitch patterns or fill stitching that fill an area to create a design.

  • Twill: Custom-cut twill patches that are stitched to a surface.

  • Fabric: We offer a collection of specialty fabric that can be used in place of tackle twill patches.

Tackle twill is the process of applying pre-cut pieces of material to a desired surface with the option of two stitch types, Zig-Zag and Satin. A bold 3-D effect can be created by adding multiple layers.

Zig Zag: A series of back-and-forth zig-zag stitching along the border of the fabric design

Satin: A series of parallel stitching that provides a dense and solid border around the fabric
