Customer provides artwork, which is then converted into an embroidery file. We review sizing, placement and colors and make any necessary alternations.
Final touches are made and the finished product is thoroughly inspected. A photo is sent for customer approval prior to shipping.
We review the order and contact customer for further information. Suggestions may be made regarding your order to ensure the best final product.
The area of the artwork placement is carefully measured and the garment of choice is securely hooped and inserted into our embroidery machines to be stitched.
Once the product is approved, we package the order, ship it out and provide a tracking number to our customers.
