At MKC Threads we aim to make our customers 100% satisfied with their order upon arrival to their doorstep. With our preferred shipping method, we trust that our customers are able to get their items when they are expected. We understand the importance of your order arriving on time and will work with you to make it happen.

After completion of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your order after shipment. All orders are shipped with UPS, depending on where you are located in the country shipping time might vary.

We offer expedited shipping to our customers at an additional cost. If you need your order to arrive earlier, we will work with you to provide you the best shipping method to ensure quicker arrival. Just inform us with your deadline and we will carry through.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is provided to our customers once your package is ready for shipment. With this tracking number, you are able to view where your package is and its expected delivery date.

What do I do if my tracking states that my order was delivered but I have not received it?

In most cases a delivery was made to the address provided, however the package was left by the delivery person in an irregular location. If this is the case, check with your local UPS facility to receive additional details on where the package was left. It is recommended to check around your property to see if you can locate the package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If you are to encounter this issue, please contact your local UPS facility for additional information on locating your package or to file a claim.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

MKC Threads is located in New York City. A map provided by UPS contains the estimated delivery times for states across the nation. Delivery dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Keep in mind we cannot control acts of god, as they are out of human control. Please use the provided tracking number to get the most recent updates on your order or contact your local UPS facility for more information.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If the shipping address you provided upon placement of your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately with the correct shipping address. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we will be able to input the new address before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, you are not able to change the shipping address. If we receive a returned to sender package, we will contact you for additional information on the correct shipping address and ship your order out right away.

What if my order was damaged in the mail?

MKC Threads is not responsible for any damages done by UPS. If your package was damaged upon arrival, please contact your local UPS facility to obtain the next steps in filing a claim.

Will all of my items in my order be shipped together?

We aim to provide the most efficient shipping method to our customers. Typically, orders are not shipped until the entire order is complete to save our customers from paying additional shipping costs. Unless otherwise requested, all items in an order will be shipped and arrive in one package.

If I pay for expedited shipping, will my order be fulfilled faster?
